Interactions
Tell your physician if you are also taking any of the following medications: Phenergan may interact with cold or allergy medications, sedatives, narcotic painkillers, sleeping aids, muscle relaxants, and drugs for seizures, depression, or anxiety, which may result in health issues or worsen side effects. Contraindications

In people with seizure disorders, Phenergan should only be used with caution as it has the potential to lower the threshold for seizures.
