melalite whitening gel

Tyrosinase is an enzyme that is essential for the synthesis and operation of melanin, and hydroquinone works by preventing its synthesis. A topical drug called Melalite is used to reduce the appearance of freckles, liver spots, age spots, hyperpigmentation, and other dark skin spots. This cream has strong brightening and depigmenting properties. Dark spots start to fade and the skin gradually returns to its natural color when melanin growth is suppressed.

Before using, read the label for instructions. Apply the cream after thoroughly cleaning and drying the affected area. A skin-lightening medication is hydroquinone. It lessens the production of melanin, a skin pigment that darkens skin. Three medications—Hydroquinone, Octinoxate, and Benzophenone—are combined to create Melalite. By absorbing ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun, organic substances like octinoxate and benzophenone shield the skin from deterioration. This effect is reversible. Only use this medication externally. Follow your doctor's instructions for dosage and duration of use. If hands are not the affected area, wash your hands after applying.

After 10-15 days of such schedule, continue the course with two applications daily (preferably in the morning and at bedtime). Do not apply to your eyes, mouth, inside the nose, private parts, and any other mucosal surface. Starting the Melalite treatment course with one application per day is advised. Melalite is for external use only. Typically, melalite is used for two to three months.

Missed dose

Do not administer two doses. If it is the time for the next dose you should continue your regular dosing schedule. If you forget to take a dose, you should do so as soon as you remember.

Never take more medication than your doctor has prescribed. You should get emergency medical help right away or call your healthcare provider if you experience an overdose and feel unwell.

Keep away from children. Keep away from moisture and heat while storing at room temperature between 20 and 25 degrees C (68 and 77 degrees F). After the expiration date, discard the tube.

In case of accidental contact, rinse the affected area with water. When the active ingredient inhibits tyrosinase, less melanin is produced, which helps in the light appearance of the skin in the treated area. In some cases, the changes in pigmentation can become permanent, so it’s necessary to talk to your dermatologist before starting the treatment.
