Children aged six months to eleven years should nebulize 0.31 mg three times a day as per the recommended dosage. Nebulizer Solution: This nebulizer solution comes in unit-dose ampoules and doesn't need to be diluted before being inhaled. Patients over the age of 12 who have more severe asthma or who do not respond well to 0.63 mg of levosalbutamol nebulizer solution may benefit from a dosage of 1.25 mg three times per day. Daily dosage shouldn't be more than 0.63 mg administered three times. This effect may be potentiated by hypoxia.
In adults, adolescents, and children with reversible obstructive airway disease, bronchospasm may be treated or prevented with levosalbutamol nebuliser solution or inhaler.
Levosalbutamol Hydrochloride, like all sympathomimetic amines, should be used cautiously in patients with cardiovascular diseases, particularly coronary insufficiency, hypertension, and cardiac arrhythmias, in patients with convulsive disorders, hyperthyroidism, or diabetes mellitus, and in patients who have an unusual response to sympathomimetic amines.
