Dizziness, drowsiness, weakness, nausea, diarrhea, headaches, chest pain, abnormal ejaculations, decreased amounts of semen, back pain, blurred vision, tooth pain, fever, chills, body aches, flu-like symptoms, runny or stuffy nose, sinus pain, sore throat, cough, sleep issues (insomnia), or decreased interest in sex are some other symptoms to watch out for.
Interactions

In addition to vitamins and herbal supplements, make sure your doctor is aware of all the medications you are taking, both prescription and over-the-counter.
Contraindications
Rashes, itching, and hives are some allergic reactions that can happen. Standing up after taking Flomax capsules, particularly after the first dose or when switching doses, may result in a sharp drop in blood pressure. Flomax may make you dizzy or drowsy. Inability to erection in the future may result from untreated priapism. Make an appointment with your doctor if the symptoms are severe or do not go away. Tell your surgeon if you currently take or have ever taken Flomax capsules if you require cataract surgery. In case you experience any allergic reactions while taking Flomax, let your doctor know. For those with larger stones, complex anatomy, or other factors such as urinary infection or more severe pain, ureteroscopy will be necessary to remove the stone. Any drug that blocks or inhibits CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 can increase the concentration of tamsulosin in the body. BPH can occur with other more serious conditions, including prostate cancer. While taking Flomax, you must have regular checkups. Follow your doctor's advice about when to have these checkups. Do not give Flomax to other people, even if they have the same symptoms that you have.
