The letters make up the name; like SOB means shortness of breath to a doctor and the phrase really has no other meaning. An example of this would be Motrin, which came out as name brand and a doctor’s prescription as 400 mg, 600 mg, and 800 mg size. Tylenol, aspirin, and caffeine are also in this headache producing group but are not classified as NSAIDS. The International Classification of Headache Disorders III says that taking common NSAIDS, one pill 15 days a month may cause MOH. NSAIDS are a common cause of medication overuse headache.

Steroids should be used with immense caution in patients who are suspected of having threadworm infestation. Vulnerable patients can develop congestive heart failure due to steroids. All these conditions can aggravate due to decadron, which is why caution is mandatory. Abrupt stopping of the drug can lead to the adrenal gland to stop working, which can give rise to a condition called adrenal insufficiency. Symptoms of this adrenal insufficiency include extreme fatigue, feeling sick, dizziness, loss of appetite, and weight loss.
