Description

Cefpodoxime is an oral third generation cephalosporin antibiotic with effectiveness against most Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria. Cefpodoxime proxetil is a prodrug that is absorbed and converted to Cefpodoxime by the intestinal mucosa. It is frequently used to treat acute otitis media, pharyngitis, and sinusitis.

Dosage
