Description

Asthalin is used to treat the chest tightness, wheezing, and coughing symptoms of asthma and other conditions that are similar to asthma in adults and kids who are 4 years old and older. It acts on the beta2-adrenoceptors of bronchial smooth muscle, with little or no action on the beta1-adrenoceptors of the cardiac muscle. Additionally, it is used to prevent asthma symptoms brought on by physical activity or an unavoidable exposure to an allergen. The action of salbutamol lasts only 4 to 6 hours and takes immediate effect. With a quick onset (within 5 minutes), salbutamol provides reversible airway obstruction with short-acting (4-6 hours) bronchodilation. Salbutamol, the active ingredient contained in the inhaler, is a selective beta2-adrenoreceptor agonist. Salbutamol, the asthma medication that is the main component of Asthalin, widens the airways. Dosage
