Pick up the rod-like plunger and place it within the barrel of the syringe until it touches the rubber piece. Reinstall the needle cover on it. Slowly lower the plunger; it should release the dose into the penis after 5 to 10 seconds. Return the plunger to the syringe's 1-mL mark. Before using the medication, carefully read the instructions. As soon as the needle's cover is off, hold it 90 degrees away from the injection site. Remove the needle and recap it. Remove the needle and move on to the instructions for "To mix the water and powder." When removing the needle from the bottle, be sure to hold the syringe's barrel rather than the plunger.
